Our Site provides information about AI tools from third-party developers. INEFFACEABLE ENTERPRISES does not endorse these tools and is not liable for any harm or damages from their use. By using our Site, you release INEFFACEABLE ENTERPRISES from any related liability.

Pricing and Payment

All deals on our Site are priced as stated and are processed using Stripe as the payment provider. Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable. Upon purchasing a deal, users will gain automatic access to the AI tool via our API integration with partnering tool providers.

Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions for our services are managed through Stripe. Subscribers can cancel their subscription either directly in Stripe or via the email confirmation for the completed purchase sent by Stripe. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure cancellation is completed as per these methods.

User Conduct

You must use our Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include violating laws, restricting others' Site use, impersonating INEFFACEABLE ENTERPRISES or others, sending unsolicited material, and any conduct harmful to INEFFACEABLE ENTERPRISES or its users.

Intellectual Property

Notice of Dispute

Disputes with INEFFACEABLE ENTERPRISES should first be addressed informally at contact@aistack.com. Formal disputes will be resolved through arbitration, barring individual injunction requests. Actions related to the Site must commence within one year.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site's content and tools are provided "as is" without any warranties.

Changes to the Terms

INEFFACEABLE ENTERPRISES may modify these Terms without notice. Continued Site use after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

DreamAI SRL can terminate your Site access for any Terms breach. Certain Terms will survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian laws.
